This one and a half day course aims to increase knowledge and understanding of the process of advance care planning and the documentation involved, and explores how to initiate such conversations with patients.

A two-day course for health and care professionals involved in the delivery of palliative care. This course aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of palliative care, its principles and philosophy, the treatments and management of the more common symptoms (excluding pain) associated with palliative care patients, and increase the participant’s confidence in putting theory into practice.
