We cared for terminally ill patients and their carers on 38,000+ occasions throughout the county
Our hospice at home service gave 13,734 hours of support to patients and carers in their own home.
3,120 daycare places were provided.
1,728 patients were supported by our nurses in the two district hospitals.
We had 1,206 new patients registered with our community nurses.
