Why not help St. Margaret’s Hospice and enjoy a walk around the gardens at Broadleigh in Bishops Hull? At the moment there are many varieties of daffodils, spring bulbs and shrubs such as daphnes, camelias and cherries, all in a pleasant garden setting.

Broadleigh Gardens is a mail order nursery specialising in dwarf bulbs and the gardens are open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission is a £2 donation to the Hospice.

Later in the year there will be large collections of alliums, iris & agapanthus to see!

Bishops Hull is on the west side of Taunton, just off the A38. From Bishops Hull Post Office turn down Shutewater Hill then take the second turning on the right into Frethey Lane. Broadleigh Gardens is a ¼ mile along the lane on the left.

By kind permission of Lady Skelmersdale.
