Mandalas and Mountains Trek 2012 - FULLY BOOKED

Join us for a wonderful trek that features the home of the Dalai Lama and the exiled Tibetan community and the spectacular outer foothills of the magnificent Himalayas, passing through remote tribal villages and stunning scenery.

This exciting but manageable trek will take you where few tourists go, giving treasured memories, a sense of personal achievement and the satisfaction of supporting others whilst raising much needed funds for your local hospice, St Margaret’s.

The trek will give you the opportunity to visit village houses and get to know the local culture and tradition. You will see the semi nomadic Gaddi shepherd tribe in the mountains with their flocks; their lifestyle largely unchanged for centuries, and you will experience the spectacular scenery of the area.
