We have many ways to help alleviate difficulties for our patients. Our specialist teams offer rehabilitation, breathlessness management, occupational therapy, specialist lymphoedema treatment, and complementary therapies.

Occupational TherapySt. Margaret's Hospice jointly funds a specialist palliative care occupational therapy service in partnership with Somerset County Council.
LymphoedemaLymphoedema is a swelling that develops as a result of an impaired lymphatic system. This may be as a result of the lymphatic system not developing properly, or through damage or trauma. Lymphoedema most frequently occurs in legs and arms, but can affect many other parts of the body.
Complementary TherapiesWe aim to provide a range of complementary therapies that takes into account each persons physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
