Machu Picchu Trek & Community Project

1st - 10th April 2017

St. Margaret's Hospice are delighted to announce that Machu Picchu will be the destination for their next overseas trek! Taking place from April 1st - 10th 2017, this will be an unforgettable experience, while raising crucial funds for the hospice.

The challenge:

Your challenge begins with 2 days assisting at a community project near Cusco with activities such as painting, decorating and refurbishment while you acclimatise to the altitude. You will then commence the 4-day trek along the remote Salkantay trail jungles, over high passes and with magnificent views of the Andes before spending a full day exploring the awe-inspiring ancient city Machu Picchu.

The cost:

There is a £399 registration fee to pay at the time of booking and you are then required to raise a minimum of £3,500 sponsorship for St. Margaret's Hospice.
