Clinical Co-Ordinator Supervisor Administration and Clerical Opportunity Taunton 35 hours (Monday-Friday) £19,820 pro rata We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Co-ordinator Supervisor to work primarily within our busy Central Referral Centre. The role will involve day to day line management of Clinical Co-ordinators within the Central Referral Centre, Taunton, and in the administration office, Yeovil. The post will also involve liaising with healthcare professionals, patients, families and carers to co-ordinate referrals to hospice services using a telephone network supported by the Crosscare computerised system. The post holder will need to be in the Central Referral Centre on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the additional hours spread over the remaining days. This is a new post with staff supervision responsibilities. You will have recent experience in a busy office environment, be educated to GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent with a good command of the English language and numeracy skills. You must have excellent computer skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, email and the internet. Previous experience, knowledge and understanding on how to manage staff and experience of working in a healthcare environment is preferable, although not essential.
