Clinical Co-ordinator (Admin Role) Taunton 15 hours per week (required to work as part of job share) £17,131 per annum (pro-rata for job-share hours) We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Coordinator to work 15 hours per week in our busy Central Referral Centre. The role involves liaising with healthcare professionals, patients, families and carers to co-ordinate referrals to hospice services using a telephone network supported by the Crosscare patient computerised system. In addition, the post-holder will provide administrative support to the wider clinical teams. You will have recent experience in a busy office environment, be educated to GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent with a good command of the English language and numeracy skills. You must have excellent computer skills, good knowledge of Microsoft office software packages, email and the internet. Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment is preferable, although is not essential as full training will be given. You will be an excellent communicator, a team player and have experience in dealing with people on all levels.
