• 37 hours per week Temporary Contract
  • £33,000-£38,000 per annum Depending on experience (This temporary contract will end when the project has been completed or fulfilled, we anticipate that this will be 12 months)

We are seeking an experienced and confident financial professional with demonstrated project management experience for an exciting and transformational project.

The Project Manager/Finance Professional will join the Finance Directorate team and manage the integration of our new ERP system.  The system comprises a finance core and fundraising modules combined with specialist retail software integration.  A phased approach is being taken, with later staging of additional modules once the core modules are implemented. 

The project is strongly championed by the CEO, Executives, supported by the Trustee board and welcomed by staff with input from all activity areas of the business.

With the core of the implementation positioned within Finance, the Finance team will be closely involved in system and structural changes, as well as defining changes to processes across the organisation.  Based within the Finance Department, the PM/FP will provide support for the finance team, on a day to day basis, as required, to ensure continuity.   

It is planned that a period of parallel running will be undertaken and the implementation will result in considerable change throughout the organisation. The PM/FP will assist with delivering system and process changes and will support the change management process.

The successful implementation is critical for our charity and we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who shares the values of St. Margaret's Hospice.
