1. All participants must complete and return a registration form either online or via our Festive Fun Run leaflet.
  2. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult registered for the event.
  3. Unfortunately the course is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
  4. Parents and guardians are advised to consider their child before booking. Parents are responsible for their child/children's safety.
  5. The booking fee is non-refundable.
  6. We ask that those taking part raise sponsorship in aid of St. Margaret's Hospice. 
  7. The event has been organised with safety being paramount but, by entering the Festive Fun Run, you do so entirely at your own risk.
  8. The race is not timed.
  9. Please ensure that you wear appropriate clothing and appropriate footwear for the time of year and the activity.
  10. Dogs are not permitted to take part in the course with participants, but are welcome to stay with spectators.
  11. By registering for this event you are agreeing that any official photographs taken can be used by St. Margaret's Hospice for any promotional purposes.
  12. St. Margaret's Hospice have taken all reasonable steps to eliminate the chance of injury but there is a certain minimal risk in every activity and you should withdraw from the event if you have any doubts. St. Margaret's Hospice, its employees, agents and volunteers accept no liability whatsoever to participants or spectators in respect of any loss, damage or personal injury which may be sustained in the course of this event other than personal injury (including death) caused by our negligence. Liability cannot be accepted for any damage, injury or loss arising from the negligence of participants (whether through failure to observe the rules of the event or otherwise).
  13. By booking a place at the Festive Fun Run, you are opting in to receive communications about this event.
