Join the hundreds of people across Somerset organising their own fundraising activities to raise money for St. Margaret’s. Our fantastic supporters put on all kinds of activities, from cake sales to fashion shows, auctions to walks.

Whatever you've got in mind, you'll find all the ideas and advice you'll need to make your fundraising a great success. Below are a few steps to help you make the most out of your fundraising activities.

  1. Pick an idea

Whether you'd like to take part in one of our international treks, run a marathon or create your own quirky, sporty or social event, you'll be inspiring others to support St. Margaret’s.

  1. Plan your activity

The better prepared you are, the more smoothly your activity will run, helping you to raise even more for St. Margaret’s.

  1. Promote your fundraiser

Once the details are decided, it's time to drum up lots of interest from everyone you know. You can download our belly poster, and your community fundraisers will help you spread the word.

  1. Pay in your money

You can collect donations yourself and send them to us or drop them off at your local hospice, or raise money through JustGiving.

  1. Pat yourself on the back

All your hard work has paid off. The funds you've raised will help St. Margaret’s to provide compassionate, high-quality and effective care to patients, families and carers who are facing the challenge of a life-limiting illness.
