Are you an experienced in making successful applications to trusts, foundations and grant holders but looking for your next challenge and career progression?

In this exciting position you will manage a small team with a focus on raising funds from trusts and foundations, legacy and major gift fundraising. We are looking for someone who can deliver and develop our plans and meet targets while motivating and inspiring people though development of strong cases for support and propositions. This important role will require the successful candidate to have excellent researching and writing skills and to understand the importance of donor stewardship. Ability to travel across Somerset will be essential.

We have ambitious plans to reach more people who need our specialist care by significantly increasing our charitable income in the next 5 years and this role is key to our success. If you are a self-starter, have the ability to produce and deliver results, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, are highly organised and have a passion for helping others, then this is the role for you.
