18.5 hours (Job Share)
£10,858 per annum (based on a full time salary of £21,716 per annum)

A fantastic opportunity is available at St Margaret's Hospice, for an HR Coordinator to become an integral part of the HR Team.

We are ideally looking for someone with an HR qualification (CPP/CIPD) or equivalent level of experience of working within an HR environment. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR processes, excellent attention to detail and an interest in further developing their HR skills.

The purpose of the role of HR Coordinator is to assist in the provision of a high quality Human Resources service to St Margaret’s Hospice by providing comprehensive, effective and efficient HR administrative support, coordination and advice.

The post holder is expected to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and manage across all their areas of responsibility, with the ability to deal with several issues simultaneously, some of which will require investigation, analysis and diplomacy.
