Lottery Administrator 25 hours per week £11,575 per annum (based on the full time salary £17,131 per annum pro-rata) Permanent The Lottery/Weekly Prize Draw is one source of income that enables St. Margaret’s to provide compassionate and high quality services to patients (including their families and carers) who are facing the challenge of a life-limiting illness. Following the promotion of the current post holder to a role within Fundraising, we have a vacancy for a part-time Lottery Administrator. This is an exciting time to join the Lottery as membership is growing and the Lottery Manager is reviewing the lottery administration database with a view to moving to a new system in future. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of prescribed administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the weekly prize draw. To be effective in the role it is essential that you have excellent communication, customer service and IT skills, the ability to undertake a variety of administrative duties while meeting daily and weekly deadlines, and proven experience of maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while undertaking routine and repetitive tasks. The post holder will be required to work some of their hours on a Monday, Thursday and Friday with flexibility around the start and finish times on these days. The role would suit a candidate wishing to work 4 days a week or 5 shorter days.
