St Margaret's Hospice has ambitious plans to reach more people who need our specialist care and these roles are key to our success.  We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated nurse with palliative, cardiology, neurological or dementia experience to join our established community team in the East Somerset area providing specialist palliative care. 

Excellent leadership, communication and team working skills are needed to fulfil this role. You will strive to improve and enhance care for this group of patients through teaching, service improvement and audit.

 The post holder will need to demonstrate their ability to successfully manage a complex community palliative care caseload and a high level of symptom control knowledge.
