Volunteer Role Administration (Retail)
Location Taunton Warehouse, Unit 1, Walford Cross, TA2 8QP
Suitable for Those looking to gain administration experience and work as part of a team.
Commitment  As agreed with retail management, e.g. once or twice weekly/flexible
Description

You will help the retail office ensure that they are up-to-date with administration tasks. Typically this role involves:

  • Filing documents
  • Franking of post
  • Filing envelopes (GiftAid mailshots)
  • Packing up parcels following eBay sales
  • Assisting the team with various clerical duties as required
Training

A full induction will be provided which will cover:

  • Health and Safety
  • Confidentiality
  • Completion of appropriate worksheets
