Retail Trainer

22.5 to 37 hours per week,

Circa £25,000 per annum + benefits

Are you an experienced Retail Trainer or in a similar role and looking for your next challenge? 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Trainer to support the Retail Group in the planning, implementation and development of an on-going programme of learning and development across our Retail workforce. 

The post-holder will be instrumental in building the learning and development opportunities for the Retail team to meet the present and future needs of the organisation.  

We are passionate about engaging our people in learning and development opportunities and supporting everyone within our organisation to achieve their potential. We have a dedicated, combined Retail workforce of around 700 staff, approximately 90 paid employees and over 600 volunteers whose commitment and skills combined with their collective passion and energy helped to contribute almost £1.4 million towards St. Margaret’s Hospice services last year. 

The successful candidate will have previous training experience, ideally within the Retail sector, combined with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.  Visual Merchandising skills or background would also be advantageous.
