• Based in Yeovil or Taunton (to be agreed)
  • 37 hours per week
  • £9.06 per hour including 14% unsocial hours’ enhancement

We are recruiting a full time Relief Chef to join our catering team providing support at both our Yeovil and Taunton hospices.

You must be able to effectively and efficiently prepare meals of a consistently high standard both in content and presentation, under the direction of the Head Chef.

You must be able to safely prepare, cook and store foods in line with Food Hygiene Regulations, with particular reference to correct temperature control.

If you support our vision to deliver a first rate service to our patients, families and staff, are passionate about the delivery of exceptional service and you have a 'can do' approach, we would be delighted to hear from you.

It is a requirement that you have NVQ 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Course would be desirable.
