During the month of May St. Margaret’s Hospice is asking schools across Somerset to take on the challenge, to help us help our patients, by asking pupils and staff to make a minimum donation of £1 to wear something yellow for a day.

You can pick any day in May and we want you to have as much fun as you can! Why not set up a competition to see who can be the most creative with their yellow outfit choice (last year we saw everything from bananas to bumble bees!) or hold a cake sale?

It couldn’t be easier – get pupils and staff involved and order your free ‘Wear it Yellow’ fundraising pack by emailing wearityellow@st-margarets-hospice.org.uk or call 0845 345 9671. You’ll receive a donation box in your pack and accessories to help you celebrate your ‘Wear it Yellow’ day. You can also download posters, glasses, colouring in templates, and more from the links at the bottom of this page.

We need to raise £7.5million every year to enable us to continue to make each day count for patients and families facing a life-limiting illness across Somerset. Please ‘Wear it Yellow’ to help us raise vital funds and awareness of St. Margaret’s Hospice. Thank you!
