Talk to St Margaret’s
The Outreach Service offers telephone support for patients with a life-limiting illness and close family members. We provide a listening ear with the same person to talk to at a time to suit you. We enable you to talk freely about any concerns you may have and can help explore what is important to you now and in the future. We recognise the importance of supporting family members alongside the patient.
